I recently purchased a custom-made piece of jewelry from this company. The customization process was smooth and the staff was very helpful in bringing my vision to life. However, I found the overall pricing to be on the higher side compared to similar customized jewelry services I have used in the past. The quality of the materials used is undeniably good, but the price point can be a little off-putting for some customers including me. The website is easy to navigate, and they have a good selection of designs. I did love the personal touch and attention to detail in the final product, but the pricing just didn't match up for me. 😕 Overall, it's a good company, but I'm still on the lookout for better value.
