Bought a 2016 Jeep JKU on 9/27/16. Bobby Berg was my salesman. He is, was fantastic. You can't find a more honest, upfront and go the extra mile salesman than Bobby. Unfortunately that's where it ends. Brian Cramer was the first sales manager I dealt with. His only concern was sealing a deal. He didn't give two hoots whether my boys could get in or out of the jeep. Real self server. Ask for any sales manager but him. I requested to Bobby Berg not to work with him once we decided on our model. One week into ownership and the heated seats stop working. Call to make a service appointment. TWO WEEK wait for appointment and loaner car. Spent over $40K and no customer service. Called Black Chrysler in Statesville for the warranty repair. They could have done it next but I was leaving to go out of town. Appointment set for Monday. I didn't even buy from Black and they can do the repair in three days with a loaner. Probably should have bought from them. Chris the service manager called from LKN to apologize. Chris was very nice but that poor guy has his hands full with a big bucket of crap. All that crap comes from the top and runs down hill.
