I have been a customer of Alter ego vision for a while now and I must say, the experience has been average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer service needs improvement. The response time to my queries was slow, and the representatives often seemed uninterested in helping. Overall, Alter ego vision is an okay company to work with.
