Very bad very unprofessional they act as if you are a criminal and you have no say so if you have mental problems. The supervisors and all who work here are all the same. The security guard's think that they are cops which they are not. My boyfriend has mental problems where he can't be alone and ever hospital he goes to I'm allowed to be with him because his mental health, but here they do not care. They didn't wants to be with him. So if he was to go boonkers than they can call the guards and make him look like a fool. Where I'm the only one that can control him. I'm never going to take any of my family or recommend any montefiore hospital. Very displeased.
