I have been at Inglass USA for a little over 2 years. In my experience it is an excellent place to work. They have a bonus program and affordable health insurance. Management is reasonable but yet firm on people who like to tread on thin ice. The employees are involved in what we make and do and I believe it shows in our product line. I am excited to see what we can do in the next 5 years.
