I had an average experience with Scheme kollektive. The website scheme.cc is easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and took a long time to respond to my inquiries. Overall, it was an okay experience. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
