Very good food in the hotel restaurant. But you should still work on the service:

A waiter comes to the table with red wine. I say I would like a Riesling. He says, "very much," and disappears. Five minutes later, a waitress comes with a bottle of Riesling and serves my neighbor a glass. I say I would like a Riesling and ask if she can get me a white wine glass. She says: "Of course, very much!" Five minutes later, I see her walking around and doing all sorts of work very diligently ... but none of that has anything to do with my Riesling. Only when I ask the headwaiter: "Who do you have to f * here to get a glass of Riesling?" I get a wine. Fifteen minutes after arrival and only by insisting.

I order steak, a baked potato and Bernaise sauce.
The steak is served and is quite wonderful. I say, "I also ordered a baked potato." The waiter answers: "Of course, come soon." I think that's strange. For me, the baked potato is the side dish and belongs to the meat. Well, after a minute comes the baked potato and is the best baked potato I ever ate. Even better than all the baked potatoes I've ever imagined. So I have realized that here the individual components are not sereviert parallel, but serially and wait patiently. But when the steak is half eaten, the patience ends: "I also ordered Sauce Bernaise?" "Oh - then it's probably over there."

I was then brought sauce Bernaise immediately (which was also delicious).

Let's be honest: in every pizzeria, the waiter can remember which guest gets the spaghetti bolognese and which one gets the pizza salami. And if he can not remember, at least he can write it down.
And in every farmer's parlor chips are served with french fries along with schnitzel.

All servers were very friendly and tried hard. But there is still a need for optimization.

But the food: a dream!
