Our company has been using Complete Technology as our outsourced IT department for several months. Their knowledge and ability to assist us in both immediate computer related needs as well as long term strategic needs is appreciated and valued.

One of the primary items that I was looking for in an outsourced IT department was accessibility and quick response time when needed. Thankfully there hasn't been any major needs for quick response, but they are quick to address any questions or situations that come up in our unique office arrangement. I highly recommend them.
