As a customer of Kinderarzthaus ag, I have to say that their services are simply average. Although they were able to address my child's medical needs adequately, the overall experience was not outstanding. The doctors were professional and knowledgeable, but the waiting time was longer than I expected. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which is a plus. However, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and scheduling appointments. The staff was friendly but could be more informative and proactive. Overall, I would rate my experience with Kinderarzthaus ag as average.
