Patti Alvarado knew us better than we knew ourselves. When first home didn't work out she handled it in a very positive, kind, and encouraging way. Even though the home we purchased did not meet some of our must haves, Patti still trusted her gut to show us the property anyway and it turned out to be absolutely perfect for us. Patti isn't overbearing or a "car saleswoman." As we approached the closing date, as in typical fashion, lender began to drag things out, but Patti jumped right in and took control of the situation. Purchasing a home can be one of the biggest decisions one can make both financially and emotionally. It can be downright scary and stressful. But, no matter what came up or what we faced, Patti did not lose her calm demeanor. We couldn't have been more satisfied.
