Very ill informed staff over the phones. Can't answer simple questions. Could barely understand what they're saying. They don't understand the questions I'm asking them and in turn they answer me with the wrong information. Little to no knowledge on navigating their own website. Left a sour taste in my mouth. I doubt I will attend. Chased them around for 2 days for basic information. Absolutely ludacris.
