I'm trying to get a payoff amount, but no response...

I'm trying to get a payoff amount, but no response to my form submittals. I finally had to get a fax number and submitted again, so we'll see what happens. Who requires a fax number in this century anyway..!
Not responsive, the "Automated" phone system is horrible.

Once again, no service on the stupid phone system.
I paid off my loan, where is my title..? Why won't Lonacare "Social support" help me...??

What a pain to deal with these people..!!
