I have mixed feelings about my experience with the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP). While their editing and proofreading services are satisfactory, I feel that the communication can be improved. It took longer than expected for them to respond to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times. However, once the project was underway, they delivered the edited document on time. Overall, CIEP's services are decent, but the customer support needs some attention.
