Ever since Associa NN Jaeschke began managing The Trails of Rancho Bernardo HOA, the value of the homes in the community de-valued due to poor management (enforcement) of the architectural committee, poorly laid concrete streets, lack of communication with homeowners, etc. After I moved out of the community, I paid $250 into escrow to transfer their HOA to the new owner - waste of money.
