I have been a customer of Dqm for several years now and I must say their service is just average. The website is easy to navigate, but the customer support is lacking. They take a bit too long to respond to inquiries and the solutions provided are often generic. However, the products they offer are of good quality and the delivery is always prompt. Overall, I would rate my experience with Dqm as average.
