Momix, inc. is an average company with decent products. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall I am satisfied with their service. They have a wide range of products to choose from and the quality is good. However, there have been a few instances where I received products with minor defects. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still inconvenient. I think Momix, inc. can improve their quality control process to avoid such incidents in the future. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
