I recently had a disappointing experience with Citylink. The delivery was delayed, and the customer support was unresponsive initially. However, after contacting them multiple times, they resolved the issue and provided compensation for the inconvenience caused. Despite the problem, their efforts to rectify the situation were appreciated. Overall, I would rate Citylink as average.
