I have been a customer of Dmdr for several years now and I must say their service is consistently average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, I often find that the products are not always up to my expectations. Some items have arrived damaged or with missing parts. The customer support team is usually helpful in resolving these issues, but it can be time-consuming. Overall, I would rate Dmdr as an average company.
