I recently visited Big Creek Butcher Shop and I must say, I was impressed with the quality of their meat and the excellent customer service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. The bacon I bought was absolutely delicious and had a perfect balance of smokiness and saltiness. I also tried their sausages and they were bursting with flavor. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.
