I had a mixed experience with Callcenterqa.org. While their agents were friendly and tried their best to assist me, I found their response time to be slower than expected. It often took multiple follow-ups to get a resolution to my issue. However, when I did receive a response, the quality of the assistance was good. It would be great if they can improve their response time for better customer satisfaction.
