I have been a customer of Open Geophysical for several years now and I must say that their services are average. Although they deliver what they promise, I feel that there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and the support team is responsive, but sometimes the data processing takes longer than expected. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
