I am removing a negative review because I had a better experience after speaking with one of the attorneys about a claim I tried to get in that was not received by anyone at the firm in time for final submission . She has encouraged me to resubmit the paperwork but it s very late in the process now so she couldn t guarantee anything will come of it but I respect and appreciate her response and willingness to try to help me.
