The laptop I bought from Laptops2go is just average. While the website was easy to use and the variety of laptops available was decent, I found that the performance of the laptop fell short of my expectations. Additionally, the customer service response was slower than I had hoped. Overall, I would consider other options before purchasing from Laptops2go again.
