Hollander is the manufacturer for $400 Ralph Lauren mattress topper, but won't guarantee the quality of their products in warranty claims, supposedly good for 3 years.

We purchased a new product from Macy's, but Hollander said they would not honor a replacement product warranty claim request, despite defective craftmanship in their memory foam.

Their solution was to tell me to return their defective product to Macy's. Poor customer service from the manager level. Will not buy another Hollander product again. Don't expect them to honor their 'warranty.'
