I had a mixed experience with Nefow - Need for Now...

I had a mixed experience with Nefow - Need for Now. The website was easy to use and I was able to find what I needed quickly. However, the customer service was not up to par. It took multiple attempts to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Nefow has potential, but they need to improve their customer service.
