I had an overall average experience with Neuron Robotics. The website was easy to navigate, and the products were displayed well. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. The quality of the products I purchased was decent, but nothing extraordinary. I think Neuron Robotics has the potential to be a great company, but they need to work on improving their customer service and product quality.
