I recently had my well pump serviced by a company I found online. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed the issue efficiently. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time to get a response, and the pricing was higher than expected. I wish I had contacted Weeks Drilling and Pump Co. instead. Lesson learned. Next time, I will go with a company that values their customers.
