As I was doing research about sapphires, I found the Natural Sapphire Company. When I reached out by the inquiry section online, I received a call from Lauren. She was very nice, helpful and informative. She taught me things about how to select my perfect sapphire. I am a person that s not easily satisfied but she went above and beyond to help me with designing the perfect heirloom piece for myself. She was most of all patient, making me feel like I was a her only client. I will definitely come back to buy a pink sapphire next time but hopefully by then, I can travel from Los Angeles to visit the store in New York. Great place to do business with. They have the utmost of professionalism, reminiscent of businesses long ago that value great customer service.
