[Classic Day] Xu Yan Qida people lead Seoul architecture ~
The Ewha Campus Complex (ECC) at Ewha Womans University was designed by the French architect of the Paris National Library and the Pulitzer Prize winner, French architect Dominique Perrault.
ECC builds a new campus experience in a city-scale setting in a campus landscape created by classical architecture. It is like a canyon that is not far from the entrance to the campus. It is a five-story underground area. It descends to the deepest point along the gentle slope and faces a monumental huge staircase. In the gradual climb, it can be a combination of two sets of experiences that sit down easily and look back at the city; on the one hand, as a gaze at the history of the city and its beauty, on the one hand, it can become rest, reading, and extreme spiritual sublimation.
