Ann at North registration is the best. I called in to get an X-Ray, Maria answered my call and requested me to come in through the main entrance. Upon reaching the main entrance I was told I will have to re-register. I told the person at the desk that I have already registered. (I was at the hospital a day before, did the registration). Ann, too confirmed that registration is not required (tomorrow) as we did it already. He doesn't listen he says I have to re-register.

The problem is there's no proper communication between each team.

Front desk agent says I now have to go to the emergency entrance. If I was supposed to go through emergency entrance why was I told to enter through main entrance over the phone? He also claims he too speaks with Maria and we need to enter through emergency entrance.

I'm not trying to be hard on any individual here. All am trying to convey is to have a process in place so that what ever communicated is correct and it won't make the patient drive between main and emergency entrances.

No wonder this facility has 2.6 star rating.
