This is an excellent water park and a great way to stay cool on a hot summer day in the Denver area. There are a wide variety of water slides, multiple wave pools, a lazy river and a Gondola in the park to keep you entertained all day long! The grounds are very well kept, with nice landscaping throughout and very clean. The staff is polite and hard-working. There are pools, lagoons, slides and other activities that are specifically for different ages of kids that allow everyone to have fun. Be prepared to haul the rafts up a hill for many of the rides, it'll give you a great work out. Alternately, you can pay for the tube valet to haul the tubes up for you on most multi-rider raft rides, although it's expensive at $79.95 (double the price of admission - for a group of up to 4).
Before you go: make sure you pick up water shoes, the concrete can get very hot on your feet (I picked up a pair for $5 at a Walmart before heading down and am so glad I did). Also, I recommend you buy the season passes if you can go at least twice as they aren't that much more than the day pass. If not, buy online in advance to save some money on admission.
