I had an average experience with Freedom holidays. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall quality of the accommodations was not up to my expectations. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay that were not resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would say it was an okay experience.
