Just received a call to have me change our auto carrier to Allstate. Several times I attempted to explain we are happy with out current New Jersey Manufacturing coverage and service. Although I attempted to be courteous throughout the call, and thanked the man, he ended by stating 'enjoy your coma'. I attempted to call back and report this rudeness, was unable to do so. Are there negative stars?
