We just started working with GraphiStudio and are impressed not only with the product but also the service we receive. First two products received have been packed with great care. Third sample product is on the way and we can't wait

Some constructive feedback on the products

Favola - love the material, although the paper is a little difficult to grab and flick the pages. The look and feel, Japanese binding, leather we love.

Portfolio - same as the above but the foiling we chose doesn't turn out as nice as the engraving GraphiStudio recommended to us on the Favola.

RAW - awesome product, we chose the color in white which we now feel downgrades this beautiful natural product. We would sure use the natural color in the future.

Matts - We ordered some 20 matts with bevel cut for the Portfolio, nice material, flawless cut only we would in the future request to have it with only ONE instead of two sides already glued as it is most difficult to fiddle in the photo prints and applying double side adhesive isn't a big deal for anyone to close it propper once the mat is placed and secured.
