I recently had the pleasure of dining at Authentic Texas and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend trying the brisket, it's cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth. The jalapeno cornbread is also a must-try, it's the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and will definitely be coming back again!
