This company was horrible In the midst of the pandemic. They would not allow a reschedule despite our constant calls when the state of emergency was first instituted in March. Our reservation wasn t until May. The state of emergency was literally lifted the night before our reservation and they still demanded payment in full. The message on their phone basically stated if your worried about coming due to this deadly virus TOO BAD. Finally after a million calls on the day of they allowed us to cancel the reservation But STOLE our deposit! DON T book with this company! They have no integrity!! Take your money to a company who values their customers.
