I have been a customer of Duluth Transit Authority for several years now, and overall, I have had a satisfactory experience with their services. The buses are usually punctual, and the drivers are polite and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where the bus arrived late or didn't show up at all, which has caused me some inconvenience. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts made by the company to improve their services over the years.
