DO NOT PAY EARLY! I repeat do not pay in advance; pay the morning of your surgery. If you prepay and your surgery is delayed or cancelled, you will have a hell of a time getting refunded. I've called multiple times, transferred all over, and eventually transferred to the supervisor, Pam G.'s voicemail every time. She never answers nor returns any calls. This place lacks in customer service and professionalism.
