As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Gebr. lotter kg has been average. The customer service could be improved, as it was difficult to get in touch with them. However, the quality of their products is decent. The delivery was prompt and the packaging was secure. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
