I recently tried out the services offered by this bank. The website was easy to navigate with a clean and modern design. The online banking feature was convenient, allowing me to access my account from anywhere. However, I found the customer service to be just average. The response time to my queries was slow and I had to wait quite a while to get my issues resolved. Additionally, the interest rates on savings accounts are not very competitive compared to other banks. Overall, my experience was satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support and rates. Nevertheless, I appreciate the bank's efforts in providing a user-friendly online platform.
