I have been living in Wheeling for a few years now...

I have been living in Wheeling for a few years now, and I must say that the City of Wheeling, WV has been doing a decent job. The officials are responsive to the residents' concerns, and the website (wheelingwv.gov) is informative. However, there is room for improvement in certain areas. Overall, it's an average experience.
