I've been going to Lagree yyc for a few months now...

I've been going to Lagree yyc for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The classes are always challenging and the instructors push you to your limits. I've seen a significant improvement in my strength and endurance since starting. Lagree yyc is definitely worth a try!
