I recently purchased a pick-and-place machine from their website. The machine is well-designed and has improved our production efficiency. However, we've faced some challenges with the setup process. The customer service team was responsive, but it took longer than expected to resolve our issues. 🤔 Additionally, I found the website navigation to be a bit confusing at times. The machine itself is of good quality, but the overall experience could use improvement. Nonetheless, I appreciate the responsiveness of the customer service team. Overall, it's an average experience.
