First off the hotel manager is a absolutely disrespectful and I don t know how he got a job with dealing with any kind of person. If stuff happens out of your control, you can t fix it I get it but feel for people traveling and that spend hard earned money!! What a bad choice for holiday inn to even think he should run this place. Good luck to you travels, if anything goes wrong with cable or anything just be out of luck because do not expect anything from him or that staff that work there!
