👍 I recently used the services of "Detroit metro convention & visitors bureau" when planning my trip to Detroit, and overall, I had an average experience. 🏙️ The website "visitdetroit.com" provided a decent amount of information about the city's attractions, hotels, and events. 🏨 However, I found the user interface a bit dated and difficult to navigate. 🌆 Additionally, some sections of the website lacked updated information, which was disappointing. 🗺️ On the positive side, the customer service team was helpful in answering my questions, but I wish they were more proactive in providing suggestions or recommendations. ✉️ Overall, I would say that my experience with this company was average. 🤷‍♀️ While it served its purpose for planning my trip, there are areas where they could improve to provide a more seamless experience for visitors. 🌟
