I recently purchased some office furniture from the website and found the ordering process to be quite straightforward. However, the delivery took longer than expected and there was a small issue with one of the items. The customer service team was responsive and resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated. The quality of the furniture is decent for the price, but I did notice a few minor imperfections. Overall, my experience was average, and while there were some hiccups, the company did handle them well. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but I hope for a smoother experience next time.
