I had an appointment with Dr. Klosterman and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was polite and the wait time was reasonable. However, I felt that Dr. Klosterman wasn't very thorough in his examination. It would have been great if he had taken more time to address my concerns. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
