I ordered one 11x14 print for a friends 40th birth...

I ordered one 11x14 print for a friends 40th birthday. Placed the order on Monday the 30th hoping that the 3 day processing time with 1-2 day ship to Pennsylvania from Maryland would make it in time for the birthday. I contacted customer service twice, with a vague reply as to when my print would ship. It s projected to arrive on Friday now. I paid extra for standard shipping ($10) and it would have been faster for me to drive to Maryland and pick it up myself. Expect at least two weeks to receive anything. As a professional photographer, I hope that the quality is worth the glacial pace of processing and shipping. I miss the days when you could have your prints done locally, or access to a dark room to do them yourself.
