I recently switched to this bank and so far, I am quite satisfied with the service. The online banking platform is user-friendly, and I find it easy to navigate and manage my finances. The rates are also competitive, which is a big plus. The only suggestion I have is to improve the response time of the customer support team as sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a response.
