I have been a customer of Rsr Integrated Technologies for a few years now, and I have always found their services to be average. While they are prompt in their response, there have been a few instances where I had to contact them multiple times to resolve an issue. The team is knowledgeable, but their customer service could be improved. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
